- Support provided over the telephone within a guaranteed timeframe
- On-site repairs carried out within a guaranteed timeframe (as far as possible)
- Annual inspection fees

Being based on the same specifications as the parts used for the assembly of ACTEMIUM equipment during the original manufacturing stage, ACTEMIUM spare parts are made using the most appropriate materials for the task at hand.


Trainings
ACTEMIUM can also provide training with regard to use of its equipment and its maintenance.
Trainees are taught to use the equipment while optimising costs and functioning parameters and minimising production losses.
These training programmes can be held on our premises or at your production site.
Hotline
ACTEMIUM can provide its customers with Service Level Agreement (SLA) contracts which ensure assistance or repairs are carried out extremely quickly.
This service grants you access to a Hotline should the need arise for repairs or assistance regarding your control software and the ProDose solution.
This Hotline functions via a secure remote assistance system and is operated by a team of technical experts who have in-depth knowledge of your application.
